VOLUNTEER YOUR TIME AT RECYCLING TO BENEFIT HOUSER PARK!

All proceeds raised from recycling deposited into Parks and Recreation account to benefit Houser Park.

PAVILION RENTAL FEE:

Jackson Township Residents:  $25.00 refundable deposit that can be donated to Houser Park

Non-Residents:  $25.00

BRICKS FOR THE MONUMENT

Memorial bricks, which will be used to pave portions of the memorial are still available for purchase.  The cost is $60 for the first brick and $50 for each additional.  Bricks are engraved with any message of your choice (subject to certain limits).  Please consider purchasing one or more bricks to honor a service member, any individual or organization of your choice, or simply to acknowledge your gift to the township memorial.  Part of the proceeds from brick orders goes to the park and recreation fund to benefit Houser Park.

Donate money to purchase a brick for a veteran. 

The Parks and Recreation Board Members are working to purchase bricks for all veterans interred in Jackson Township Cemeteries.  The Parks and Recreation Board has ordered bricks for all the Civil War Veterans in the Alder Run and Millerton Cemeteries as well as 6 Revolutionary War Veteran, 1 War of 1812 Veteran and 1 Spanish American War Veteran.  Donations can be made payable to "Jackson Township Parks and Recreation" with "GAR" written in the memo. 

The Parks and Recreation Board is also looking for help compiling lists of veterans in any of the local cemetery. 

Brick orders can be made at the Township Office, Tuesday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm and Wednesday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm.
